Shan Tao was born in 1969. He received his bachelor's degree of electronic engineering from Xidian University in 1991 and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2004. Now he is an associate professor of Beijing Institute of Technology. His research interests include the areas of signal processing and radar systems. He received his bachelor's degree of radio engineering from Hefei Electronic Engineering Institute in 1985, the master's degree of electronic engineering in 1990, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1993. Now he is a professor of Beijing Institute of Technology. His research interests include the areas of communication and radar systems. Wang Yue was born in 1932. He graduated from Xidian University in 1957. He is a member both of Chinese Academic of Science and Chinese Academic of Engineering. From 1993 to 1999, he served as the president of Beijing Institute of Technology. Now he is a professor of Beijing Institute of Technology. He is the chief designer of several fire control radar systems. His research interests include the areas of system science and radar systems.
