本文采用实验方法研究了跨声速缩放型流道涡轮平面叶栅在不同攻角、不同落压比时的进出口参数、叶表静压及端壁静压分布,并利用纹影显示技术记录了零攻角下不同落压比时流道内波系结构的变化过程。结果表明:此缩放型流道涡轮叶栅中攻角仅对约30%轴向弦长之前的叶表静压有明显影响;随着落压比的增大,流道内的波系由正激波转变为斜激波,叶栅损失减小,并且波系逐渐向流道出口移动,吸力面压力突跃位置向叶片尾缘靠近。
The cascade inlet and outlet parameters,the blade surface static pressure and the end wall static pressure in a transonic convergent-divergent turbine cascade have been measured at the different incidence and the expansion pressure ratio,meanwhile the wave system history with the different expansion pressure ratio at the zero-incidence have been recorded by the schlieren technique. The results show that the cascade incidence only affects the blade surface static pressure distribution in front of 30%axial chord and as the expansion pressure ratio increasing,the wave system in the cascade passage has been changed from the normal shock wave to the oblique shock wave and it moves toward to the passage outlet,the cascade loss decreases,the position of the pressure jump on the suction surface is closer to the trailing edge of blade.
