留学生的医学教育在我校开展已达十余年,因此,对于留学生的教育我校已具备一些经验。但是由于语言和文化背景的不同,与留学生实现完全彻底的沟通不现实;且留学生的医学教育模式与本国学生并无二致,这对于思维极其活跃的留学生来说并不适合,所以留学生的教学效果不令人满意。因而拓展新的教学模式对于留学生医学教学显得尤为迫切和重要。本文探讨了目前我国其他医学院校开展的教学方法及推崇的理念,结合微课在我校心内科示教中的应用实例,探讨了以微课为代表的新型教学模式在留学生教学中的优势,并对日后留学生医学教育模式如何创新进行了展望。
Medical education for international students has been carried out in our university for more than one decade, to a certain extent we are experienced in this field. Nevertheless,due to different linguistic and cultural backgrounds, it's not realistic to have a complete and thorough communication with foreign students. Furthermore, the current mode of medical education for international students is identical to the native students, which is not suitable to those young men with active thoughts and results in unsatisfying teaching outcome. Therefore, the development of new teaching methods for foreign students is particularly urgent and important. In this article, we discussed the teaching methods and ideas advocated by other medical schools in China and application of microlecture in the demonstration teaching of cardiology in our department. At last, we expressed our expectation in innovation of medical education for international students.
