Myocardial bridge is a congenital anatomic variation. The myocardial bridge was considered as an benign anatomic variation in the past,but we found that it can lead to acute myocardial infarction,arrhythmia and even sudden death. In recent years,with the popularization of coronary angiography and multislice spiral CT,the accuracy for myocardial bridge diagnosis is rising gradually,and the treatment is also changing from the traditional conservative medicine treatment into multiple treatments including interventional and surgical treatment. Therefore,the early diagnosis and treatment of myocardial bridge is very important.
