英文摘要：

Acute decompensated heart failure has become one of the most serious health problems in the world. Although some progress has been made in the medication treatment of chronic heart failure,the prognosis of patients with acute decompensated heart failure is still poor. Hypertonic saline solution has been proposed for a long time as an adjuvant therapy to intravenous diuretics,in order to enhance or improve the efficacy of intravenous diuretics. Some studies have shown that hypertonic saline solution combined furosemide not only can safely and effectively reduce the body mass for acute decompensated heart failure patients and relieve congestion symptoms,but also can improve the function of heart and kidney,increase the diuretic response,improve hemodynamics and the clinical outcomes.
