传统的试样工业CT(computerizedtomography)加载测试劳动强度大,效率低,根据工业cT中自动加载监测控制的需求,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的工业CT无线自动加载测控系统。该系统实现了工业CT中试样加载测试过程中的自动控制,提高了工业CT设备试样动态加载特性测试的测试精度和效率。试验结果表明该系统整体刚度好、受载均匀、控制稳定,较方便获得试件在动荷载作用下裂纹的开始、扩展、贯通过程的荷载时间一力曲线及相应的CT图像,为工业cT的各项动态加载试验奠定了基础。
Traditional test methods for comprehensive performance of the sample in industrial tomography) are characterized as intensive labor and low efficiency. A new type of dynamic 1 CT ( computerized oading test system based on virtual instrument technique and developed for industrial CT test is reported. The system is able to control the test procedure automatically and the test efficiency is improved. The main advantages of this new servo-controlled test system are high stiffness and small size in frame. During ICT tests, the samples can be flexibly loaded in axial direction. So the whole process of ICT imaging from crack propagation to coalescence is obtained. The developed system lays a foundation for dynamic ICT tests.
