针对忙碌的上班族在闲暇之余既想摆弄几盆花草,又无法分出过多精力去照看这些花草的现状。设计了一套以单片机为控制核心的自动喷淋养花装置及控制系统。介绍了自动喷淋装置的机械结构,重点描述了如何利用当今较流行的串并转换芯片设计该装置接口电路的方法,以及控制程序编写思路。通过实验,系统能够在无人照看情况下,实现对花草的自动喷淋工作,使得花草能够长时间保持健康的状态。该设计在一定程度上填补了市场的空白,对未来家用机电一体化智能装置的研究与开发提供了思路。
A set of automatic flower watering sprinkler and control system with the single chip microcomputer(SCM)as the control core was designed to meet the demands of busy office workers for taking care of flowers.When introducing the mechanical structure of the automatic sprinkler,the paper mainly focused on describing the way of designing the interface circuit by using the popular serial to parallel converter chip and the control programming ideas.The sprinkler system,in the experiment,can water flowers automatically,keeping flowers in a healthy state for a long time.The design will,to some extent,fill the vacancies in the market,and provide a guideline for the research and development of the future household mechatronic smart devices.
