随着油气管道服役年限的延长,需要对其进行阀件更换、增加支路、管线修改及管段更换等维抢修作业。介绍了油气管道封堵抢修技术的国内外发展现状,并分析了现役主要油气管道封堵技术的施工工艺及特点。在介绍我国油气管道封堵抢修案例的基础上,指出管道封堵抢修技术将向着安全、快速、高压、大管径和智能方向发展;管内高压智能封堵技术在深海管道封堵抢修中的应用将会极大降低维修成本和海洋管道维修作业风险。我国应加快研发能够应用于实际工程的海洋管道封堵抢修技术及装备,以打破国外的技术垄断。
The gas pipeline maintenance and emergency repair technology can be used to conduct operations including pipeline valve replacement, adding pipeline branch, pipeline modification and replacement of pipe sec- tions. In this paper, the current domestic and foreign develop situation of oil and gas pipeline plugging and emergency repair technology is introduced, and the main serving technologies' operation and features are analyzed. Based on the introduction of China' s oil and gas pipeline plugging and emergency repair cases, it is pointed out that the technologies' development trend will focus on safety, speed, high-pressure, large diameter and intelligence. The high-pressure pipeline intelligent plugging technology applied in the deep water pipeline plugging and emergency re- pair will significantly reduce the maintenance costs and eliminate the risks of offshore pipeline maintenance opera- tions. In order to break the monopoly of foreign technology, China should speed up the development of offshore pipe- line plugging and emergency repair technology and equipment that can be applied to practical engineering.
