Based on the analysis of the existing fiscal policy for adjusting and upgrading China＇s industrial structure, this paper gives an incisive analysis of the problems in China＇s industrial structure, and the negative effects on fiscal policies. The paper also proposes some recommendations on related fiscal policies in order to upgrade the existing industrial structure.
