英文摘要：

Technology innovative capabilities of enterprises firmly support the innovation process, helping them to construct core compe- tence to beat their competitors. The paper studies the relationship of social capital, knowledge sharing and technology innovative capabili- ties. The results reveal that the three dimensions of social capital have positive direct influences on knowledge sharing and technology inno- vative capabilities respectively, and knowledge sharing is positively related to technology innovative capabilities.
