已有配电网可靠性评估方法主要以线路、变压器等元件或负荷点为研究对象,通过分析每个模拟元件故障的影响进而实现可靠性分析。文中从另一角度,即以实现故障隔离的开关元件为研究对象,提出面向开关的配电网可靠性评估方法。首先给出分段开关对等相关定义,提出基于深度优先的分段开关对遍历算法。以开关对为分析对象时,根据分段开关对的分布及连接关系,易于遍历到需动作的开关对,以形成故障隔离范围。根据动作断路器、分段开关等信息,得到元件故障后节点的分类,并计算可靠性等值参数,即可进行可靠性分析。应用该算法对RBTS及多个实际配电网进行了可靠性评估,算例表明该算法具有高效性和工程实用性。
Such components as the line and transformer are usually regarded as the analysis units in many methods for evaluating the reliability of complex electrical distribution networks (EDNs), A switch-oriented algorithm is proposed from a novel perspective. This method views switches used for disconnecting the failed component as the analysis unit, The definition of coupled-switches (CS) and the traversal algorithm for CSs using the depth-first method are proposed. The algorithm developed regards the CS as a unit during the computing process of reliability evaluation. Based on the information about CSs distribution and the structure of EDN, it is easy to identify a disconnected section and controlling CSs, following which the nodal classification of the nodes is obtained. The reliability indices of the buses, feeders and system are calculated according to the nodal classification and the equivalent reliability parameters, The algorithm developed has been tested on the RBTS and a number of practical EDNs with the effectiveness and applicability of the approach shown by the results,
