【目的】观察当归饮子加减方治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。【方法】将120例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组以当归饮子加减方治疗,对照组用盐酸左西替利嗪口服液治疗,疗程均为4周,比较2组患者的主要症状体征疗效、总疗效和复发率。【结果】（1）治疗4周后,治疗组的总疗效和改善皮肤瘙痒、风团、不易入睡等症状方面的疗效均优于对照组（P〈0.01）。（2）治疗后1个月内,治疗组患者皮损的复发率显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。（3）治疗期间,2组患者均无严重不良反应情况发生。【结论】当归饮子加减方在治疗慢性荨麻疹方面疗效确切,与盐酸左西替利嗪口服液治疗比较,在改善皮肤瘙痒、风团、不易入睡等症状及减少复发率方面更有优势。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Danggui Decoction in treating chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 120 chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Danggui Decoction, and the control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical effect on present symptoms, total effective rate and recurrence rate of skin lesion in the two groups were compared. Results（1） After treatment, the total effective rate and the clinical effect on relieving skin itching, wheal, not easy to fall asleep in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group（P〈0.01）.（2） Within one month after treatment, the treatment group had lower recurrence rate than the control group（ P〈0.01）.（ 3） During the treatment, no obvious adverse effect was found in the two groups. Conclusion Modified Danggui Decoction exerts certain effect in treating chronic urticaria, and has better effect than levocetirizine hydrochloride oral solution on relieving skin itching, wheal, not easy to fall asleep and on reducing the recurrence rate.
