为分析和评价黏层复合沥青材料的动态力学性能,以苯乙烯—丁二烯—苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)、胶粉(CRM)为改性剂,采用高速剪切法室内制备了黏层复合改性沥青材料。通过不同加载频率下温度扫描,研究复合改性沥青动态力学性能随温度变化规律;通过对SBS改性沥青、CRM改性沥青及SBS与CRM复合改性沥青进行温度扫描,评价黏层沥青动态力学性能。研究表明:黏层复合改性沥青储存模量G′随温度升高不断减小,呈指数衰减关系;相较SBS改性沥青和CRM改性沥青,CRM与SBS复合改性沥青的动态力学性能较优,更能满足黏层沥青材料的高温性能要求。
In order to analyze and evaluate the dynamic mechanics performance of composite asphalt material as bonding layer, composite modified asphalt material is prepared in the laboratory with styrene- butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) and rubber powder as modifier. Temperature scanning under different loading frequency is used to study the changing rule of dynamic mechanical properties with variation of temperature, and through temperature scanning to SBS modified asphalt, CRM modified asphalt and SBS&CRM compound modified asphalt, bonding layer asphalt dynamic mechanics performance is evaluated. Research shows that storage modulus is reduced with increment of temperature, as an exponential attenuation relationship, and compared with SBS modified asphalt and CRM modified asphalt, composite modified asphalt has a better dynamic mechanical property.
