针对刚柔复合式路面结构的特点和现有研究存在的不足,研发一种适用于刚柔复合式路面层间剪切疲劳测试的装置,并介绍该试验装置的科学性和优势。利用该装置确定刚柔复合式路面层问喷洒式结构沥青的最佳用量为1.4kg/m2,进行层间界面剪切疲劳试验,提出刚柔复合式路面的层间抗剪强度结构系数。运用有限元法,计算和分析刚柔复合式路面层间剪应力与沥青层厚度的关系,提出基于层间剪切疲劳的沥青层厚度设计方法。研究结果可为合理设计刚柔复合式路面的结构层厚度提供参考。
On the basis of the structure characteristics and the flaws of existing studies of rigid-flexible composite pavement, a device for interlaminar shear fatigue test is developed for rigid-flexible composite pavement, and its scientific nature and advantages are described. Interlaminar shear fatigue tests were performed by the designed device, the optimum asphalt dosage of interlaminar spraying structure of rigid-flexible composite pavement was determined to be 1.4kg/m2 and the interlaminar shear strength structure coefficient of rigid-flexible composite pavement was proposed. Using Finite Element Method ( FEM), the relation between the interlaminar shear stress and the thickness of asphalt layer for rigid-flexible composite pavement was analyzed, and the design method of the thickness of asphalt layer was proposed based on interlaminar shear fatigue. The study results can provide reference for rational design of structure thickness of rigid-flexible composite pavement.
