Customs will not a reasonable basis for his ju only affect the judge＇s way of thinking but also in some specific circumstances serve as dgment or ruling. In some even special cases, customs could help with the judge＇s legal reasoning. Identification of the major premise and the minor premise is a constructive activity, wherein customs could play a role. Specifically, customs could help with the building of the major premises through the interpretation of the law, value evaluation, remedying loopholes, legal argument and others. They could play a role in the construction of the minor premises by helping with the confirmation of the legal fact through deduction and reasoning.
