Nowadays,the rate of juveniles＇ crime keeps rising.It is of great importance to safeguard the minor offenders＇ rights.Based on the study of whole process of minor crime cases and the present legislative and judicial condition,the author of this paper presents his own opinions.The author holds that present judicial system of safeguarding minor offender＇s human rights has many defects and we should improve the legal norms and build an independent legal system which is different from that of adults.
