针对现有驱动器不能满足自适应枪弹高过载要求的问题,设计了一种新型铝基叠层复合式高过载压电驱动器。该驱动器通过铝箔基底的引入以及横向压电叠层夹铝基结构的提出,保证其具有较好的抗拉伸和抗过载性能。经力学分析和设计仿真,该驱动器具备抗高过载能力,能够满足自适应枪弹的高过载要求。
Aiming at the problem that the existing piezoceramic actuator can't satisfy the requirement of high overloading based on adaptive munition, a new aluminum-substrate multilayer compound high overloading piezoceramie actuator was designed. By introducing aluminum foil substrate and the configuration of landscape orientation piezoeeramic multilayer with filling aluminum-substrate, the actuator have better performance of anti-pull and anti-overloading. The mechanics analysis and simulation have verified that this actuator have better capability of anti-overloading and can satisfy the request of high overloading based on adaptive munition.
