英文摘要：

In the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the role of technology enterprise accelerators that promotes the rapid growth of enterprises is becoming more and more significant.The in-depth analysis of the accelerator operation mechanism is of great importance for the government to formulate the accelerator support policies and promote its construction and development.This paper intends to elaborate on four types of operation mechanisms：access mechanism,service mechanism,profit mechanism and exit mechanism.The countermeasures which are proposed by this paper for the construction and operation of the accelerator are based on analyzing comprehensively the international development experience of accelerator and its current operation mechanism in China.
