准分子激光照射对寻常性银屑病患者外周血Th17/Treg失衡及相关细胞因子表达的影响

目的探讨准分子激光照射对寻常性银屑病患者外周血Th17/Treg失衡及相关细胞因子表达的影响。方法选择寻常性银屑病患者38例为准分子激光治疗组,每周治疗2次,共治疗8周;另选健康体检者38例为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测各组治疗前后外周血,Th17和Treg百分比,采用ELISA法检测各组治疗前后血清中TGF-β1和IL-6的含量。结果经准分子激光治疗后,银屑病患者外周血Th17百分比(1.28±0.26)%,Thl7/Treg比值(0.214-0.09)及IL-6水平(97.34±8.46)ng/L均比治疗前有明显降低,而Treg百分比(5.08±1.34)%和TGF—D1含量(525.17±24.56)ng/L比治疗前有显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.01)。结论准分子激光照射可调节寻常性银屑病患者外周血Th17/Treg细胞失衡比值及相关细胞因子的表达水平。

英文摘要:

Objective To study the effects of excimer laser irradiation on the imbalanced ratio between Th17/Treg and their cytokines expression in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Thirty-eight patients with psoriasis vulgaris were treated with excimer laser two times per week for 8 weeks. 38 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The peripheral blood levels of Th17 and Treg were measured by flow cytometry and the serum levels of TGF-β1 and IL-6 were measured by ELISA before and after treatment. Results After the laser treatment,the percentage of Thl7( 1.28 ±0. 26) % ,the ratio between Thl7 and Treg(0. 21 ±0.09) ,and the level of IL-6 (97.34± 8.46) ng/L had all decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), however, the percentage of Treg cells (5.08 ± 1.34) % and TGF-β1 levels ( 525.17 ± 24. 56 ) ng/L had significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The excimer laser irradiation treatment can regulate the imbalanced ratio between Th17/Treg and influence their cytokines expression in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
