利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外测试仪(FT-IR)对制备的PA6纳米纤维和PANI/PA6、Ag-PA-NI/PA6复合纳米纤维进行分析表征,使用实验室自制的气敏测试系统进行氨敏性能测试.结果表明:静电纺丝制备的PA6纳米纤维成丝情况较好;PANI原位聚合以后,纤维表面变得粗糙,纤维直径保持均匀且有所增加;磁控溅射时间为30s,所得的复合纳米材料银粒子在其表面分布相对均匀,且对氨气(50~250ppm NH3)的敏感性能最佳.
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) techniques has been used to characterize the fibers. At last, take the laboratory-made gas test system to test the ammonia-sensitive properties of the Ag/PANI composite nanofibers by multi-gradient multi-cycle test. Experimental results showed that after sputtering,increasing in sensitivity of the material has happened. And the reaction and response time were also changed. The NH3 sensing behaviors of gas sensing material sputtered for different time had some difference: the sputtering 30s sen- sitive material had the best properties.
