将聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)和聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)通过静电自组装构筑在棉纤维表面,赋予纤维抗菌性能。扫描电镜观察结果表明,纤维的表面形态发生明显变化,组装后纤维表面粗糙,有沉积物质覆盖。Zeta电位和染色着色深度证实表面电位及K/S值随纤维表面沉积物质不同呈现规律的"层层交替振荡"现象,揭示了纤维表面层层静电自组装的构筑机制。组装后棉织物的抑菌率达到99.51%,显示出优异的抗菌性能,且组装整理后的棉织物耐水洗牢度较好。
Polyhexymethylene phenformin hydrochloride(PHMB) and polystyrene sulfonate(PSS) were alternately deposited on the surface of cotton fabric via electrostatic self-assembly which endowed the fabric with antibacterial ability.The surface morphology of assembled fibers was revealed via scanning electron microscopy.The surface of assembled fibers became rough,proving that PHMB/PSS were coated on the fiber.Zeta potential of the fibers and dyeing color depth showed that the distinct ″layer-by-layer alternating oscillation″ appears along with the change of deposition materials on fiber surface,which helped to investigate the assembly mechanism.The bacterial inhibition rate of self-assembled cotton fabrics reached 99.51%,showing excellent anti-bacterial property.In addition,the assembled cotton fabric also had a good washing fastness.
