中关村和新竹科技园在发展道路、区域创新网络、风险资本网络和创新环境因素等方面都有其显著特色。再造中国式的硅谷，必须进行制度创新、构建区域创新网络体系、建立适合自身特点的风险资本网络体系和塑造创新环境的氛围等，以推动中国的高科技产业上新台阶。

英文摘要：

Zhongguancun and Hsinchu Science Industry Park are remarkably characterized by development ways, regional innovation networks, risk capital networks and innovation milieu and so on. In order to re-create the Chinese model of Silicon Valley, it is suggested that we should focus on institutional innovation, regional innovation networks, risk capital networks and innovation milieu to hi-technology industry progress.
