本文采用基于保压缝隙不均匀差异性概念的仿真算法,考虑钢蜗壳和混凝土的接触,通过ABAQUS大型有限元程序计算实现了保压蜗壳浇筑混凝土的施工过程仿真;研究保压浇筑后蜗壳和混凝土之间的初始缝隙开度随机组运行过程的变化和接触界面的接触性态,并给出施工过程中钢蜗壳应力随浇筑过程的变化规律,对钢筋和混凝土的应力做了细致分析。通过和简化方案对比,得出仿真方案更符合工程实际的结论。研究成果对保压蜗壳的施工过程监测和长期运行安全评价具有参考价值。
This paper presents a simulation of the construction process of a constant internal pressure spiral case with non-uniform gap of hydropower stations,through ABAQUS FEM computation with consideration of the case contact with the peripheral reinforced concrete.In addition,simulations of the turbine operation stage show the time variation of the gap opening and the property of the case-concrete contact.A detailed analysis is given on the time variation of characteristic stresses in the spiral case,the reinforcement as well as the concrete.By comparing with the simplified simulation,it is concluded that the full simulation is of more practical value and that the simulation results obtained for a real project are reasonable,which could be useful for both construction monitoring and safety evaluation on long-term operation of the constant pressure spiral case.
