Zheng Tang was born in 1980. He received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in School of Electronics and Informations from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2003, 2006 and 2009. He is a postdoctor and docent in School of Marine Engineering in Northwestern Polytechnical University. His research interests include underwater acoustic countermeasure strategy, target recognition, intelligent decision system optimization and integrated efficiency evaluation and so on. She received her Ph.D. degree in School of Aerospace Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1989. She is a professor and dean in School of Electronics and lrfformations in Northwestern Polytechnical University.
