This article provides a mutual non-repudiation exchange protocol based on semi-trusted center and, the center dynamically produces time-marking, identifies the sender. However it doesn't authenticate the content of each correspondent. It can fairly solve the replay attack problem and the problems of e-business bottle-neck-the calculation ability for the trusted center.
