以厦门市和深圳市为例,从社会——经济——生态环境等角度构建城市土地利用效益与城市化水平评价指标体系,运用功效系数法和层次分析法计算其指标权重,并基于城市土地利用效益与城市化的交互耦合机制,建立两者之间的耦合协调模型,以期探寻最早经济特区2000-2012年城市土地利用效益与城市化的耦合协调发展状况.结果表明:在2000-2012年,城市土地利用效益与城市化的耦合度和耦合协调度主要表现为厦门市和深圳市均处于较高水平,且深圳市一直高于厦门市;另外,基于相对发展状态,厦门市和深圳市均存在滞后型、同步型和超前型,呈现不稳定发展趋势.
To take Xiamen and Shenzhen City as the research object,the study established a set of evaluation index system in urban land use benefits and urbanization from social, economic, and ecological environment and so on, used the efficacy coefficient method and analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight, based on the interaction coupling mechanism between land use benefit and urbanization, then set up the degree model of harmonious development between them to explore the earliest Special Economic Zones 2000--2012 urban land use benefit and ur- banization coupled coordinated development. The result showed that from 2000 to 2012, the cou- pling degree and the coupled coordinated degree in Xiamen City and Shenzhen City are both at a higher level and Shenzhen,s always have been higher than Xiamen,s. What's more, based on its relative state of development, there are synchronized development, statues in delay and in ad- vance in Xiamen city and Shenzhen City, it presents an unstable development trend.
