江西省设区市城市土地集约利用时空差异研究

基于面板数据,建立设区市城市土地利用集约度的综合测度体系,采用改进熵值法权重法和多因素综合测度模型,对江西省11个设区市城市土地集约利用状况进行综合分析,并阐释时空变化特征.研究结果表明:2005-2012年江西省城市土地集约利用水平有所提高,但总体上还处在较低水平发展阶段;各城市土地集约利用水平随时间呈现不同的变化过程,分为偶变上升型、突变型、平缓上升型、波状下降型4种变化类型;城市间土地集约利用水平的空间差异很大,但有逐年缩小的态势,总体上呈现南北高、中间低的空间分异特征,与经济发展水平的地区差异特征相吻合;江西省城市用地扩张超前于经济和城市人口增长.

英文摘要:

Based on the panel data,the paper established a set of scientific and practical index system in evaluating the intensive utilization of city land,and conducted a comprehensive analysis in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province by the way of entropy and multifactor comprehensive evaluation model,and interpreted the characteristics of temporal and spatial variation. During the last eight years from 2005 to 2012,the intensive level of urban land use had increased in Jiangxi Province,but overall was still at a low level of development stage. The level of land intensive utilization of each city appeared different processes of change along with time; there were four types of changes: accidental rise,abrupt change,gentle rise,and wave-like decline. The spatial difference between the levels of land intensive utilization of each city was large,but change tendency of spatial difference was shrinking year by year. On the whole the urban land use intensity was descending from the northern and southern to the middle part of Jiangxi Province,characteristics and regional differences in levels of economic development is consistent. Finally,the paper got this conclusion that the urban land expansion of Jiangxi Province is ahead of the economy and urban population growth.
