目的探讨核转录因子过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ（PPAR-γ）在增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞中的表达状况及其意义。方法应用免疫细胞化学检测3例增生性瘢痕和正常皮肤成纤维细胞中PPAR-γ的表达。结果免疫细胞化学显示PPAR-γ蛋白在增生性瘢痕和正常皮肤成纤维细胞中均有表达，但是在增生性瘢痕中表达较正常皮肤低。结论核内受体PPAR-γ在增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞中呈T-N表达，提示激活PPAR-γ可能是增生性瘢痕治疗的-种新方法。

Objective To investigate the expression of peroxisome proliferator - activated receptor gamma（ PPAR - γ） in human hypertrophic sear fibroblasts and normal skin fibroblasts. Methods The expression of PPAR - γgamma were examined by immunocytoehemistry in 3 eases of hypertrophie sear and normal skin. Results Immunoeytoehemistry showed that PPAR - γ was expressed in both hypertrophic sear and normal skin fibroblasts. The level of PPAR - γprotein in hypertrophic scar fibroblasts significantly decreased. Conclusion The expression of PPAR -γ is lower in human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts than that in normal skin fibroblasts. Activating PPAR - γmay be a novel approach for the treatment of hypertrophic scar.
