针对双辊薄带铸轧机的过程控制要求,设计并开发了一个多进程形式的过程控制系统平台。该平台包含 多个进程,每个进程实现不同的功能,进程之间相对独立。这样的架构设计使平台具有良好的可伸缩性和稳定性。 在平台开发过程中,使用自适配通信环境ACE实现进程及线程间的通信,大大降低了开发难度,缩短了开发周期。 经过长时间测试,表明该系统平台运行稳定,能够满足在线控制要求。
To meet the control requirements of twin-roll strip casting mill, a new multi-process system platform was designed and developed. This process control system platform contains multiple processes. Each process has its own functionality and is relatively independent. This architecture enables the platform to have good flexibility and stabili- ty. The adaptive communication environment(ACE) was used in the platform development, which greatly reduce the difficulty of development and shorten the development time. The result of the long time test shows that this plat-form can run steadily, and was able to meet all of the online control requirements.
