对陕西咸阳大石头村住区内相同构造住宅室内和住区热环境物理参数进行测量,并计算住区环境下的住宅室外综合温度,分析同一农村住区内不同位置住宅室内和住区热环境差异。结果显示:农村住区边缘位置住宅室外空气温度波动大于中央位置住宅,不同位置住宅庭院某时刻温差最大可达到6.5℃,庭院平均温差达到2.8℃,室内平均温差达到0.5℃,屋顶室外综合温度平均值差达到2.9℃。针对夏季农村住区热环境现状,提出减小组团规模,增加住区周边绿化,增加庭院面积等改善夏季农村住区热环境的措施建议。
This research conducted the physical parameters of thermal environment of indoor and settlements residential areas of the same structures in Guanzhong region, calculates the sol-air temperature of settlements areas in residential environment, and then analyzes the differences of indoor and settlements thermal environment of different residential positions in the same village. Result have shown that the fluctuation of the outdoor thermal temperature of residences located in the marginal location of the village was more serious than those in the central location. The maximal temperature disparity between residences at different locations could reach 6.5%. The average temperature disparity in the residence was about 2.8%. The mean temperature difference in the indoor environment was at 0.5% while the average difference for the outdoor environment reached 2.9℃. According to the current situation of thermal environment of residential areas in countryside in summer, the author puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the thermal environment of residential areas in countryside in summer, e.g. reduce group scales, increase landscaping areas around residential areas and increase courtyard areas, etc.
