The fluorescent labeling is one of the most important methods of modern analysis as a non-radioactive labeling technique.The fluorescent dye is characterized by high sensitivity,stability and selectivity.Now the new-type fluorescent dye quantum dot has overcome the disadvantage of the traditional fluorescent dyes.Thus the fluorescent labeling technique may have better application in the pharmaceutical analysis.The advances in research on labeling the drug with fluorescence dye and its application in pharmaceutical analysis were reviewed in this paper.
