英文摘要：
A focused analysis of research into the Mechanism of Value Creation from Technological Innovation is conducted by means of a software-CiteSpace, to find out about the highlight and major traits of the studies in this field both at home and abroad, and probes into the new stage features of the Technological Innovation Theory from the following aspects： its research scope, subject of innovation, model of innovation and some key factors. It discusses the fundamental role technological innovation plays in approaches to capturing value. It also studies the three approaches to the mechanism of value creation from innovation and the rationale behind them. aiming to strengthen technological innovation in China and cast light on its theoretical research.
