基于光伏产业技术现状,根据系统动力学原理,运用Vensim分析方法构建了光伏产业技术创新系统模型。通过对系统模型进行静态结构分析、仿真模拟分析得出:技术创新能力是光伏产业创新发展绩效的关键,有4条关键路径提升新技术产生新价值,内在的技术管理因素比外部环境因素对产业技术创新能力的影响更大且研发投入决定产业技术创新能力,并从技术、价值、服务3个方面提出了构建光伏产业技术创新系统的措施建议。
Based on the current situation of PV industry in China and abiding by the principle of system dynamics,the present essay adopts Vensim analysis method to construct the system model of China PV industry technology innovation.Through the static structure analysis of the system model,the simulation results show that technological innovation capability is the key to the innovation and development performance of China’s PV industry.There are four key paths to promote new technology to generate new value.The inherent technical management factor is more important than external environmental factors.The influence of R&D investment on industrial technological innovation capability is decided,and the suggestions on how to construct the technological innovation system of PV industry in China are put forward from three aspects:technology,value and service.
