利用Nd∶YAG调Q激光器和由带像差的发散透镜与理想的汇聚透镜组成的双胶合透镜轴棱锥获得了高稳定的纳秒近似无衍射Bessel光脉冲,并对其相关参数进行了分析与测定。和轴棱锥相比,所设计的透镜轴棱锥产生的光束不但具有Bessel光的主要特性,而且具有加工相对容易、制造成本低廉和可以实现大孔径生产等优点。
High stable nanosecond(ns) laser pulses are obtained by using a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and a lens axicon(doublet-lens system consisting of a diverging aberrated lens and a perfect converging lens).The pulse parameters are analyzed and measured.Compared with diffractive axicon,the lens axicon not only has the main axicon properties but also is inexpensive and easy to manufacture even with large apertures.
