Recovery and disposal plan, also known as ＂living wills＂, is put forward by systemically important banks in times of crisis about how to deal with problems related to the implementation of the plan. Recovery and disposal plan is the guarantee that systemically important banks will provide key financial service continuity in the face of the crisis; or when we terminate the service, to ensure that will not cause the negative externalities impact on the system, so as to realize a series of measures for the robust stability of the system. Our country should focus on the influence of foreign Banks RRP implementation plan on the branch banks in China, explore Chinese banks＂ RRP, create conditions for its overseas development, and establish and perfect the bankruptcy disposal mechanism.
