Analytical methodologies in non-covalent interactions between small-molecule and biomacromolecule is comprehensively reviewed with 56 references. This reviewed article focuses on the applications and development of common analytical methodologies in non-covalent interactions between small-molecule and biomacromolecule, including the spectroscopy, electrochemistry, nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry. The advantages and disadvantages of analytical methodologies are also described.
