In the process of college-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,the＂market failure＂which caused by vocational education＇s characteristic of external,enterprise＇s self-interest,incentive incompatibility and information asymmetry,has become the premise of college-enterprise cooperation of government intervention.＂The government failure＂which caused by the limited rationality of the government,the uncertainty of the policies,the failure of multiple proxy and the rent and rent-seeking activities,has become the limitation of government interference in the cooperation between the government and enterprises. To overcome the＂market failure＂and＂government failure＂,we must identify the causes of government failure,and give moderate intervention from smoothing the government＇s interest relationship,improving the scientific level of government decision-making,strengthen supervision and control of government intervention,and regulating the functions of government intervention.
