Based on bilinear pairings, an Identity-Based electronic-cash scheme was introduced. The signature based on bilinear pairings which needs shorter signature was more secure and efficient. The public key of the identity-based cryptography was computed by the signatory's identity. Moreover,a center bank was set up in our scheme. The bank which wants to issue the E-cash would lodge an application to the center bank. The bank's public key was computed by its identity and the private key was generated by the center bank.
