在追溯管理学科实验方法发展历史进程的基础上，分析了工商管理学科4种实验教学方法模式的特点，系统研究了我国高校工商管理学科实验教学方法的具体构架。认为：①工商管理学科实验方法的发展，可以分为实地实验阶段、模拟实验阶段、模拟软件阶段等3个时期；②在工商管理学科的教育方法体系中，实验教学方法有着拓展学生思维、培养学生实践能力、提高学生创新能力等重要功能；③工商管理学科的实验教学方法，可以划分为4种类型，即演示型实验教学方法、案例型实验教学方法、模拟型实验教学方法和探究型实验教学方法。

Based on the review of the pline, this paper analyzed the traits of development process of experimental teaching of business administration discifour type＇ s experimental teaching and its framework And it came to the conclusions as： （1） The development of experimental teaching method of business administration discipline can be divided into three periods that is field experiment, simulation experiment, and simulation software ; （2） The experimental teaching method system can extend thinking, develop the practice ability, raise the innovative capability, and promote the capacity to apply modern management software for students; （3） The experimental teaching method has four patterns what are software-performing application, cases-teaching application, simulation-training application, and science-studying application.
