企业间通过知识的扩散、传播与共享可以提升自身的竞争优势。采用文献研究法,识别企业间知识协同活动过程中企业主体、知识属性和协同环境的相关要素,构建知识协同影响因素概念模型,可以发现,在协同主体的各个相关要素中,各个影响因素之间相互影响、相互作用,但并非相互独立。其中企业文化、协同意愿、智力资源作为中介变量,组织结构作为调节变量影响着协同效应。
The competitive advantage can be improved among enterprises through diffusion, dissemination and sharing of knowledge. By Using literature research method, recognizing the related elements of enterprise main body, knowledge attribute and collaborative environment in the process of collaborative activities among enterprises, constructing conception model for influencing factors of knowledge collaboration, it can be found that in every relat- ed factor of collaborative main body, the various influencing factors are mutually affected and interacted but not in- dependent. The enterprise culture, cooperative intention, the intelligence resources as the intermediary variable and organization structure as a moderating variable affect the collaborative effect.
