尽管学者基于不同的视角对跨国企业外来者劣势的维度做了大量研究,但现有研究成果仍难以全面解释由跨国企业外来者特质所引发的外来者劣势对企业绩效的作用机制。由于研究情境及企业之间特质的差异,现有研究未能就各个维度形成比较一致的结论。针对这种现状,本文在梳理已有研究成果的基础上提出了新的外来者劣势的整合研究体系,并在此基础上构建了外来者劣势的实证研究体系。最后,本文有针对性地提出了外来者劣势的相关研究方向,为国内学者开展该领域的研究提供了相关借鉴。
Although the literatures provides ample evidence of dimensions of liabilities of foreignness in multinational firms,it still lacks of full explanation of relationship between liabilities of foreignness in multinational firm and enterprise performance. Due to the differences between the research context and nature of the enterprise,the existing literature fails to form a unified conclusion on the dimensions of liabilities of foreignness. Thus,this paper proposes a theoretical framework of the research system of the dimensions of liabilities of foreignness,and constructs an empirical research system. In the end,this paper sheds light on future decision-making of liabilities of foreignness of multinational firm.
