溴化丁基胶乳乳化工艺研究

中文摘要:

对制备溴化丁基胶乳的乳化工艺进行研究。优化乳化工艺条件为:乳化剂油酸钾/十二烷基苯磺酸钠(用量比为5/2.5),溶液中BIIR质量分数0.15,剪切速率16000r.min-1,乳化时间30min。采用优化工艺,溴化丁基胶乳的产率可达90%以上,胶乳各项性能能够满足涂覆和浸渍等工艺要求。

英文摘要:

The emulsification process for preparation of bromobutyl rubber latex was investigated.The optimized emulsification conditions were as follows:emulsifiers were potassium oleate/sodium dodecyl-benzenesulfonate with a mass ratio of 5/2.5;mass fraction of BIIR in the solution was 0.15,shear rate was selected at 16 000 r·min-1;the emulsification time was 30 min.The yield of bromobutyl rubber latex was more than 90% by using the optimized process,and the properties of latex met the requirements of coating and dipping precesses.
