为了实现零件检测与筛选的自动化,开发了智能化零件检测与筛选系统。该系统包括软件部分、图像采集部分、筛选机构和电控盒等4个部分。其中,软件部分又包括零件视觉检测软件和零件筛选软件;前者在Matlab环境中开发,集图像采集、处理、判断及信号发出于一体;后者用于使单片机接收光电开关、音频发送的信号及向键盘、电磁拉杆发送信号。试验结果表明:该系统能够实现零件检测和筛选的自动化,具有广泛的应用前景。
The intelligent parts detection and screening system was developed for automation production in modern manufacturing. The system had four parts, including software part, image acquisition part, screening agencies and electronic control box. Software part included visual detection software and screening software. The former was developed in Matlab, integrating image acquisition, image processing and signal sending as a whole. The latter was used to make the single-chip microcomputer receive signals from photo- electric switch and audio, and send signals to keyboard and electromagnetic draw-bar. The test results show that the system can be used to achieve automation of parts detection and screening with a wide range of applications.
