With excellent mechanical properties and processability, polymer matrix composites with high dielectric constant are received more attention, and they show great potential in electrical industry, micro-electric and biologic areas. Dielectric properties of composites are generally determined by the kind and combination form of functional fillers,so the pro- gress of functional fillers represents the development of polymer matrix composites with high dielectric constant. In this pa- per, the progress of polymer matrix composites with high dielectric constant is reviewed from the point of the development of functional fillers,moreover, possible directions of future development are pointed out at last.
