高介电常数(highk)树脂基复合材料(RMCs)以其良好的加工性能、突出的机械性能及优异的介电性能受到人们的广泛关注和重视,显示出巨大的应用潜力,因而成为近年来功能材料领域的研究热点。如何实现更高介电常数、更低介电损耗和更优异的力学性能成为该领域的研究重点。本文根据近年来highkRMCs的研究现状,重点介绍了本课题组在该方向的研究进展,以期为综合性能优异的highkRMCs的发展提供一些思路和方法。
Resin matrix composites (RMCs) with high dielectric constant (high-k) have attracted wide attentions of researchers worldwide owing to their excellent dielectric properties, outstanding processing feature and high mechanical properties as well as great potential in applications. High-k RMCs have been one hot issue in the field of functional materials in recent years. Higher dielectric constant, lower dielectric loss and excellent mechanical properties are the keywords for developing high-k RMCs. According to the recent progress in High-k RMCs, this paper reviews our researches emphatically on this issue.
