以碳酸盐作沉淀剂,采用液相共沉淀法合成了Gd3Ga5O12(GGG)透明陶瓷纳米粉体,并利用热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱分析等测试手段对前驱体及烧成粉体的结构和形貌进行了分析表征。XRD分析结果表明,在900℃下煅烧2 h就可得到GGG纯相,属于立方晶体结构,其空间群为Ia3d,晶格常数a=1.237 6 nm;TEM测试结果发现,此法可获得分散性良好、形状规则类似球形的纳米粉体,粒度大小约为60 nm。
Using ammonium hydrogen carbonate as precipitator,nana-sized powder of Gd3Ga5O12(GGG) transparent ceramics were synthesized by liquid phase co-deposited method.The structure and pattern of precursor and polycrystalline powder were analyzed by TG-DTA、XRD、TEM and Infrared spectrum.XRD results indicated that pure GGG crystals could be obtained at 900 ℃ for 2 h.Patterns of the samples exhibited the cube structure,and the space group was Ia3d.The lattice constant was a=1.237 6 nm;TEM showed this method could prepare nanometer power homogeneously dispersed and sphere in shape.The grain size was about 60 nm.
