以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为保护剂,甲醇为还原剂,甲醇-水为溶剂,制备了高分子稳定的铂胶体(PVP-Pt)。以PVP-Pt催化邻氯硝基苯(o-CNB)的催化氢化反应,考察了反应温度、底物浓度、催化剂浓度等因素的影响。当反应温度为30℃,氢气压力为0.1MPa时,o—CNB的转化率可达92.3%,邻氯苯胺的选择性可达75.9%。
Poly (N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) -stabilized platinum colloids (PVP-Pt) were prepared by re- ducing H2PtCl4 · nH2O in methanol -water. PVP-Pt was used as a catalyst for the selective hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene in methanol at 303 K under 0.1 MPa of hydrogen. The influence of reaction temperature, substrate concentration, catalyst concentration on the hydrogenation was investigated. Under the conditions at 30 ℃and 0.1 MPa of hydrogen, the conversion of o-chloronitrobenzene reached 92.3% and the selectivity for o-chloroaniline was 76.9%.
