目的 探讨住院患者实施优质护理服务对照顾者压力的影响.方法 选取2016年2~8月在本院住院的患者家属360例作为调查对象,按照已开展或者未开展＂优质护理服务示范工程＂的科室分为观察组和对照组,每组180例.对照组为未开展＂优质护理服务示范工程＂的科室,观察组为已开展＂优质护理服务示范工程＂的科室.对两组主要照顾者HAD（医院焦虑抑郁量表）评分、CRA（中文版照顾者反应评估量表）评分和采用一般资料问卷进行调查. 结果 观察组HAD评分小于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组CRA评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）. 结论 优质护理服务持续深入的落实,使护理服务模式走向主动,提高了护理质量,医护配合度、患者及照顾者满意度.减轻了照顾者的压力,值得更大范围地推广应用.

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing service on the relief of stress of watchers of hospitalized patients.Methods The family members of 360 hospitalized patients in our hospital from February to August 2016 were selected as the research objects.Department which didn＇t carry out the high-quality care services was fixed as the control group with 180 cases.While the department which carried out the high-quality care services was named as the observation group with 180 cases.The primary caregivers of the two groups were investigated by The HAD （Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale） score,the CRA （Chinese Version of the Caregiver Reaction Assessment Scale） score and the general information questionnaire survey.Results The HAD score of the observation group was far less than that of the control group,and the CAR score of the observation group was far less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The continuous implementation of high-quality care services makes the nursing service model developing positively,improves the quality of care,medical care coordination and the satisfaction of patients and caregivers,and relieves the caregiver＇s stress.It is worthy to be popularized and applied to a wider range.
