Objective：To determine the effect of T cell immunoglobulin mucin 3 （ Tim-3） on the prolifer-ation of mouse splenic lymphocytes co-cultured with B16F10 cells. Methods：After eukaryotic expression vec-tor was constructed successfully, the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes co-cultured with B16F10 cells was detected by Cell Counting Kit-8 （ CCK-8） method. Results：The proliferation activity of splenic lymphocytes co-cultured with B16F10 cells was lower in the trans-infection group than in the non-trans-infection and mock-vehicle groups （ P〈0.05） . Conclusion：Tim-3 can inhibite the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes co-cultured with B16F10 cells.
