为了获得真实多孔混凝土结构和满足多孔混凝土三维细观力学模拟的需要,借助工业CT图像三维重建方法的原理,采用数字图形处理技术和MATLAB程序实现了多孔混凝土的三维结构重建.结果表明,重构的三维结构模型接近真实的多孔混凝土,可以直观地分析混凝土内部的多孔结构和孔的连通性.多孔混凝土的三维重建为有限元方法研究多孔混凝土的孔结构、力学性能及其渗透性提供了一种有效的模型,为多孔混凝土物理力学性能的数值模拟奠定了基础.
In order to obtain actual structure of porous concrete and to meet the needs of three-dimensional micro-mechanical simulation of porous concrete,the principles of industrial three-dimensional reconstruction of CT images were employed,and the digital graphic process and the MALAB program were adopted to achieve the three-dimensional reconstruction of porous concrete. The results show that the reconstruction view of three-dimensional structure model is cloese to the actual structure of porous concrete,and the internal porous structure and the connectivity of concrete can be directly analyzed. The three-dimensional reconstruction of porous concrete provides an effective model for its porous structure,mechanical property and pemeability by using finite element methods,and it lays the foundation for numerical simulation of physical and mechanical properties of porous concrete.
